You will find us in a characteristic corner of Molveno's historic center, with a view of the Brenta Dolomites. Amidst wooden furnishings, warm colors, and a relaxed atmosphere, we welcome you every day with the simple goal of making you feel good at the table.
A Family Story
We are Mauro and Daniela, and every day we oversee everything that happens at La Botte. Sometimes you will also meet Carola and Dalila in the dining room, who step in to help us whenever they can. And then there is Piera, a historical presence: a sharp eye and a quick pace, always ready to keep the evening flowing alongside the rest of the team.
There are also little things that regulars know well, like our iconic Birramisù which pair perfectly with a Forst Sixtus or our Golden Delicious apple strudel to try with a local spirit to end your night.
In the summer, you can enjoy our dehors with its outdoor tables and that light, airy atmosphere. When the air gets cooler, the tavern becomes more intimate, and the lit fireplace creates a warm and relaxed environment.
Our Philosophy
Over the years, some things have changed, but our philosophy remains the same: top-quality ingredients, attention to people, and the desire to make you feel at home when you are with us. Thanks to you, we add a new piece of history to La Botte every year.

For over fifty years, our history has been intertwined with that of Molveno's summers and the stories shared across the tables, from those who try our pizza for the first time to those who keep coming back.
